Item (1): What are the terms for exchanging or returning products purchased from the Moroccan Products Store?
- You can exchange or return any products you wish within a maximum period of seven days from the date of receipt.
- You won’t be able to exchange products after seven days from delivery if your payments are made directly through credit/debit cards. However, If you purchased your products through intermediate services such as Tabby or Tamara, you ought to contact them directly for more details about their funding policies.
- To be able to return/exchange your product, it must be in its proper and original condition without any use. Thus, Moroccan Products Store has the right to check the products in advance before confirming your return/exchange request.
- We at Maroc4products pay for shipping costs unless the product is defective, fake, or wrong.
NOTE 1: If you find any defect in your product, please inform us immediately to check the products and facilitate the return/ exchange of the products, and in that case, we will cover shipping costs.
NOTE 2: We deliver our products from Morocco to more than 80 countries right now, which means return and exchange requests can take a considerable amount of time due to various international policies that differ from country to country. However, we will do our best to speed up this process and ensure you get what you need.
NOTE 3: Some countries may charge additional fees for your products, such as Customs Service fees, so it’s necessary to check your country's policies on international products in advance to avoid any delays or inconveniences. Please note that we don’t participate in this process or collect Customs fees in any case.

Important Note: Requests for exchange/ return are not accepted in the following cases:
- Custom products that have been made upon your request; (excluding any incorrect or defective products).
- Any type of food products, creams, or oils.
- Damaged products that resulted from negligence or misuse.
Item (3): What can I do if I want to cancel my order?
You can easily cancel items/products that have not entered the shipping process through the store settings.
Updates to the exchange policy:
We recommend you to check the exchange policy on a regular basis to keep up with any changes and updates that may occur. Any updated policy will be effective immediately. And we have full permission to review/ change/ update/ delete/ add any content of this policy without any further notifications.
