Moroccan Products Store receives your orders 24/7, except for official events and holidays. But please note that shipping companies usually work from Monday to Friday. As a result, orders made on Fridays will be processed on the subsequent Monday.

When will I get my order?
1- We will deliver the order to Saudi Arabia by Aramex shipping company, and the delivery time will be determined by the company after confirming the payment as follows:
- In the case of bank transfer payment (for Saudi customers only) it will be after confirming the receipt of the payment by a text message to your mobile phone.
- (For other payment methods) you will receive a text message directly after confirming the purchase.
2- We will deliver orders to other countries by ARAMEX, with delivery times depending on the shipping company's schedule after payment confirmation. Payment must be completed through the available payment methods on our website, and a confirmation text message will be sent immediately after purchase.
3- Shipping to Saudi Arabia is handled via SPL (Saudi Post), with an estimated delivery time of 14 – 28 days, and the shipment is collected from the Post Office.
4- Orders are shipped to a range of countries via the national postal service, with an estimated delivery time of 18 to 45 days. Shipments can be collected from the local post office.
- Home delivery service is not available; orders must be collected from the Post Office only.
- If home delivery is requested, additional charges may be applied separately.
- Duties and taxes may be imposed unexpectedly by customs, and we have no control over them.
- Customer service for the government postal service is only available through direct contact with their offices, and we cannot guarantee specific response times.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a message on your registered phone number or via WhatsApp containing your shipment tracking number. You can track the status of your order directly through your account on the Moroccan Products Store for the latest updates on your shipment.
How are orders delivered?
A shipping company employee or a representative of Moroccan Products Store will contact you via the provided mobile number. Therefore, make sure that you have registered the correct number and respond to incoming calls to get your products on time.
Are there any discounts/ offers for wholesale orders?

Note:
- Please note that VAT or customs duties may be requested by the destination country. This depends solely on the assessment of the local customs and tax authorities, and there is no fixed regulation we can refer to in advance. We do not collect any customs or tax fees from our customers (your purchase is exempt on our end).
- Please note that we do not cover any customs duties. We pay the shipping fees with delivery to you, and any customs duties requested by customs are beyond the paid fees.
- Please note that customs clearance for any shipment held by customs authorities is the responsibility of the customer, and we do not assume any responsibility in this regard. Additionally, the customer is not entitled to request a refund if the shipment is detained or rejected by customs. In the event that the shipment is returned to us by customs, the customer has the right to request a reshipment, provided that all additional shipping costs are covered by the customer.
