How to Prepare Moroccan Seffa Using Dari Vermicelli:
First steaming:
Place water in the bottom of a couscous pot (couscoussier) and bring to a boil. Add the vermicelli to the top section and steam for about 20 minutes.
Moistening:
Transfer the steamed vermicelli to a large bowl. Sprinkle lightly with water and a pinch of salt, mix gently, and let it absorb.
Second steaming:
Return the vermicelli to the steamer for another 20 minutes.
Serving:
